Ingredients
5 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 pinches ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 package (10.5 oz) miniature marshmallows

Prep Time: 15-20 min., Bake Time: 10-20 min.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil sweet potatoes in water until tender and drain. In a large mixing bowl, blend sweet potatoes until creamy. Then, add in butter, brown sugar, orange juice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch pan or baking dish. Sprinkle or make a design with the marshmallows on top. Bake for about 10-20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown. Be careful not to burn!
