Pan Seared Tilapia

Ingredients
4 (6 oz.) tilapia fillets
1-2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Juice of one lemon
Prep
Cook Time: 10-15 min.
Directions

Add olive oil to large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the fish on each side with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Add them to the hot pan. Cook about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and fish flakes easily. Remove the tilapia from the pan and squeeze lemon over each fillet.

*You can also try this recipe with mahi-mahi, salmon or sea bass!

Suggested Side Dish: White rice and green beans! Add about 2 handfuls of green beans (ends cut) to a boiling pot of water. Cook about 4-5 minutes or until tender and drain. Once cooled, dress with olive oil, minced garlic and salt for a wonderful salad!
