Fast and Flavorful Garlic Pasta with Olive Oil

Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti (we recommend Barilla Plus Spaghetti for a healthier option)
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Prep Time: 10 min., Cook Time: 15 min.
Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes depending on cooking instructions on box. Meanwhile, sauté olive oil, garlic cloves and parsley over low heat in a large skillet. Cook until olive oil is infused with the garlic flavor about 15 minutes or until garlic is golden brown. Remove whole garlic cloves. Drain pasta water and toss pasta with garlic mixture and melted butter. Top with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

Side note: Add sautéed shrimp or chicken if desired!
