Pecan Pie You'll Go Nuts For!

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pre-made 9-inch pie shell

Prep Time: 10 min., Bake Time: 40-45 min.
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread pecans on the bottom of the pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients together by hand with a wooden spoon or spatula and pour this mixture over the pecans in the shell. The pecans will rise to the surface. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the filling has set. Let it cool completely before serving.

Tip: After pie has been baking for about 20 minutes, get aluminum foil and cover the edges of the pie to prevent the crust from burning. Serve with whip cream or vanilla ice cream and enjoy! We hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
