Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Combine blueberries, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Spoon this mixture into an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Then, combine 2/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup oats, cinnamon, and pieces of butter with a fork until the mixture is roughly blended. You do not want it too smooth. Chunks are good! (Tip: This topping can also be prepared in a food processor.) Sprinkle this on top of the blueberry mixture and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and crisp! Serve warm with ice cream or frozen yogurt. Enjoy!
Note: If you don't like blueberries, not to worry! You can also use raspberries, blackberries, cherries or combine them for a variety of delicious flavors!
