Rinse chicken breasts with water, pat dry and pound thin. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt, and black pepper. In a separate dish, combine the milk and egg. Spread flour on aluminum foil or dish. Dredge both sides of chicken in flour and shake off excess. Then, dip chicken in egg mixture, fully coating both sides. Next, coat chicken in the breadcrumb mixture. Add oil to a large skillet over medium high heat. Heat for 3 minutes. Add cutlets and cook about 3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy!
