Grilled Peach Glazed Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
4 tbsp. Vidalia Valley Dressing, Southern Peach Vinaigrette
6 (6 oz) Skinless Salmon Fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Sprinkle both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Next, brush the fillets with Vidalia Southern Peach vinaigrette. Grease aluminum pan with cooking spray.Place fillets on the pan and cook on grill for about 20 minutes. You’ll know the salmon is ready when it flakes off with your fork.

Suggested Side Dishes: Oven roasted baby red potatoes and leafy green salad.
