Hot and Healthy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded, part skim mozzarella cheese
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 oz) block fat free cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) block 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened

Prep Time: 15 min., Cook Time: 30 min.
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, black pepper, garlic, artichoke hearts, cream cheeses, and spinach in a large mixing bowl until blended together. Spoon mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbly. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
