Sweet and Tangy Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
3 lbs pork ribs
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt

Prep Time: 10 min., Cook Time: 1 hr. 45 min.
Directions

Place ribs into a large pot over high heat and fill with water to cover them completely. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium and simmer until tender, 1 hour. While you wait, mix ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire and salt in a saucepan bringing to a simmer over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low or medium and simmer, stirring frequently until it thickens, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven broiler and line a baking sheet with foil. Drain ribs and place meat side up on baking sheet. Brush ribs with half of the barbeque sauce mixture and broil on middle rack until sauce turns sticky and brown, about 7-8 minutes. Turn the ribs over and brush the rest of the sauce on this side. Continue to broil another 7-8 minutes. Enjoy!
