Donations Request Procedure

All requests must be submitted online 4-6 weeks prior to the event for which you are requesting a donation. The following information is required for all requests. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

1. Name of the non-profit organization
2. Date, location and mission of event
3. Reason Eurofresh Market a good fit for your cause
4. Items requested from Eurofresh Market
5. Purpose of the donation
6. How will Eurofresh Market's contribution be recognized

Funding Exclusions:

• Individuals
• Organizations without a current, valid 501(c)(3) tax exemption status
• Requests for gift cards
• Sponsorships for athletic teams/events
• Requests to support travel costs for groups or individuals
• Political advocacy groups
• Scholastic scholarships
• Association/Chamber memberships
• Aid for foreign countries
• Advertising or film projects
• Program advertising or other marketing efforts
• Funding for general operating expenses

Next Steps:

1. Eurofresh Market will review your application and send an email confirming the donation approval.
2. The email will confirm the following:
   • Donated items and quantity
   • Date, time and location for pick-up
